It has been successfully operating for 20 years, principally in the Peninsula region. The Company's main emphasis is to provide the Owner/Architect a professional and outstanding service to produce a first-class quality product that meets and exceeds the clients expectations.
Arthouse's principal and Managing Director is Simon Streader who holds a Bach. in Building, (Deakin University 1994). Simon is a registered building practitioner as well as a licensed pool builder.
Arthouse is rigorous in its selection and utilisation of tradesmen and subcontractors and has over the years established a dedicated team of contract carpenters and subcontractors whose workmanship is of the highest quality.
Arthouse Constructions respect the Architect's design and vision for a project and can deliver a product with exacting tolerances and detailing in accordance with the plans and specifications. We have extensive experience working with Architects and enjoy the process from inception to handover.
